1. Material composition and material properties of waterproof and breathable membranes. The most advanced technology in Europe is waterproof and breathable membranes. There are mainly three layers of materials for waterproof and breathable membranes.

Composition: High density spunbonded polyethylene non-woven fabric + high polymer vapor permeable membrane + high density spunbonded polyethylene non-woven fabric is produced by hot pressing. The main function of high density spunbonded polyethylene non-woven fabric in waterproof permeable film is to enhance the tensile strength and static water pressure of waterproof permeable film and protect the middle layer (macromolecule permeable film). The real permeability of waterproof permeable film depends mainly on the middle layer macromolecule permeable film.

Main advantages of material properties

2.1 Waterproof and breathable film is waterproof, and hydrophilic groups are introduced into the material of breathable polymer waterproof and breathable film, which makes the waterproof and breathable film not only have good waterproof effect, but also have better vapor permeability. The pore of the waterproof breathable membrane is curved. In the state of water vapor, the water particles are very small. According to the principle of capillary movement, water vapor can smoothly permeate the capillary to the other side, resulting in vapor transmission. When water vapor condenses into water droplets, the particles become larger and the water structure is molecular clusters. Because of the effect of surface tension of water droplets (pulling and counteracting each other), water molecules can not smoothly break away from the water droplets and penetrate to the other side, sealing the curved pore, preventing water from passing through, that is to say, preventing water from penetrating and making the vapor permeable membrane waterproof. Water vapor permeability: more than 1000g/m2.24H, hydrostatic pressure: 1.5m water column height on the waterproof permeable film, 2 hours impermeable.

2.2 The tensile strength of waterproof permeable film in both vertical and horizontal directions is increased to 200N/50mm, and the tear strength of nails and bars is over 150N, so the construction process is not easy to be damaged.

2.3 Waterproof breathable film has high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high durability, high anti-aging, flat surface, wrinkle-free, non-foaming, good composite firmness, high strength and permeability, anti-aging, high temperature resistance, can reach 80 degrees above, to ensure the durability and service life of materials, 20 years.
